Course overview

Discover the art of glass fusing in this fun and creative day introduction class, perfect for beginners. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to design and create your own glass artwork using colourful frit (crushed glass) to “paint” your design.

Students will create: Frit Painting—either one A4-sized piece or two A5 pieces—while exploring basic glass fusing techniques, colour blending, and composition. No prior experience is required, and all materials and guidance are provided in a supportive, relaxed environment.

Your finished pieces will be fired in a kiln and ready for collection approximately two weeks after the class.

Come along and enjoy experimenting with colour, texture, and glass while creating a unique artwork to take home!

All materials provided.

WHAT TO WEAR:

Enclosed shoes. No thongs or sandals.

Please tie back long hair.
