Course overview

This course teaches essential phone skills, including making calls, texting, internet browsing, app management, adjusting settings, saving contacts, and taking photos, providing a comprehensive introduction to smartphone use.

Eligibility for ACE Funding:

Over the age of 15 years and no longer enrolled in school

Live or work in NSW

Have a USI

Be either an Australian citizen or permanent resident, NZ citizen, meet refugee or humanitarian visa requirements or be an eligible asylum seeker.

Eligibility for Tech Savvy Seniors (TSS):

The Tech Savy Seniors program is for seniors aged 60 years and above, and Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander elders aged 50 years and above in NSW who:

• Have little or no experience in using technologies

•Require additional skills and confidence to use and adapt to new technologies.
