Wild Birds of the Illawarra

Course overview

Get acquainted with our local wildlife at this workshop, first in a short presentation and then out in the field at a local wetland. This course will help you find our amazing local wild birds, and answer questions about birds you have seen but weren’t able to identify. BYO binoculars if you have any. Class at 56 Auburn St Wollongong, followed by Field Trip to offsite location.

VENUE:

Field trip to Integral Energy Park Dapto after class. You must be able to drive yourself.

BRING THE FOLLOWING MATERIALS TO CLASS WITH YOU

Please bring along to the class pen and paper.

For the field trip bring binoculars (if owned), the tutor will have a few spare binoculars available. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
