Course overview

Across the program, you’ll explore three essentials: Confidence, Content and Connection. Firstly we focus on mindset, presence and overcoming the internal fear of speaking up. You’ll learn how to manage nerves, reframe unhelpful thoughts and draw on practical techniques to harness your strengths and calm your mind. Then we unpack how to best share your content. You’ll learn to structure your ideas and use a simple framework to speak in a way that feels natural rather than scripted.

Finally we explore how to amplify connection with your audience. You’ll practise reading the room, building rapport, using body language intentionally and creating moments that feel genuine and warm for your audience. Throughout the course you’ll have opportunities to practise in a supportive environment, experiment with new approaches and receive gentle, constructive feedback. The aim isn’t to turn you into a performer—it’s to help you explore your own strengths and style as a speaker so that you can clearly and confidently share your message with the world.
